Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind or no longer wish to keep the item, you can return it to us. Please note:

  • Both return shipping and re-shipping costs for exchanges will be your responsibility.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit, valid for 3 months.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Reach out to our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can email us at info@thebodycanvas.com or contact us via Instagram. Please include:

    • Your name
    • Order number
    • An unboxing video
    • Details about the issue
  2. Return Authorization
    Once we review your claim, we will determine if a return is warranted and issue a return authorization, if applicable.

  3. Replacement or Store Credit
    After we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will either:

    • Send a replacement
    • If the item is no longer available, issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount within 3-7 days.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items damaged through improper use, negligence, or lack of care
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions
  • Complimentary items given during promotional events

Store Credit

If you receive store credit instead of a replacement:

  • It can be used on future purchases at our online store.
  • It will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
